Kwazzo

KwazzoAudit/1.0

About our crawler

If you found this page in your server logs, a Kwazzo customer asked us to audit a site. We only fetch a site after someone has added it to their account.

What it requests

Three URLs per audit, and no more: the page itself, /robots.txt, and /sitemap.xml. We read the HTML, we don't execute scripts, and we don't follow links to crawl further.

How often

Only when a customer runs an audit. There is no background schedule and no continuous crawl. Each account is capped well below anything that would load a server, and requests stop at a 12-second timeout.

User-Agent

KwazzoAudit/1.0 (+https://kwazzo.com/about-our-crawler; technical SEO audit requested by the site owner)

Blocking it

Add this to your robots.txt:

User-agent: KwazzoAudit
Disallow: /

Note that this makes the audit useless for whoever requested it — if that's your own site, you probably want to leave it crawlable.

Something wrong?

Email support@kwazzo.com and we'll look into it.
