Who you are contracting with

Kwazzo is operated by Kwazzo LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Kwazzo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at 4405 Jager Dr NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144. These terms are an agreement between you and Kwazzo LLC.

Subscriptions are processed through our Selectsy payment account, so charges appear on your card statement as Selectsyrather than “Kwazzo”. If you don't recognise a charge, that's why — email us before disputing it and we'll sort it out.

What Kwazzo does

Kwazzo fetches a web page you nominate, along with its robots.txt and sitemap.xml, and reports on thirteen technical SEO characteristics plus a Google PageSpeed Insights score. It reports; it does not change your site.

You must control the sites you audit

You may only add sites you own or are authorised to act for. Our crawler requests three URLs per audit and respects a User-agent: KwazzoAudit block in robots.txt. Using Kwazzo to probe infrastructure you don't control is a breach of these terms and we'll close the account.

Plans and billing

Plans are Starter at $20/month for 10 sites, Growth at $99/month for 60 sites, Enterprise at $299/month for 200 sites. There is no free trial: the first payment is taken when you subscribe, and billing recurs monthly on that date.

Cancel any time from Manage billing in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We don't pro-rate part-months.

Each plan includes a monthly audit allowance per site. Allowances reset on the 1st and don't carry over.

What we don't promise

Kwazzo reports on technical characteristics of a page. It does not promise any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business result, and nobody can honestly promise those. Search engines change their behaviour without notice.

PageSpeed scores come from Google's API and reflect Google's measurement, not ours. When that API is unavailable, audits still complete and say so.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secret. You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which permanently removes your sites and audit history. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that in Manage billing first.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll say so on this page and update the date above before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and Kwazzo LLC each consent to that venue.
